In spite of the fact that Adidas has its roots in Germany, we are a truly worldwide organization. Our workforce consists of about 62,000 people who work in a variety of places throughout the world. In Herzogenaurach, Germany, we have teams made up of people from more than 100 different countries who work together to serve our customers throughout the globe. Even by just glancing at these numbers, it is obvious that Adidas is a large and complicated organization with many departments and subsidiaries. True. For our part, we keep things as basic, lean, and fast as possible. So, using this method, we will give an overview of what our company is all about in the future.
What we want to achieve: we believe that we have the ability to change lives through sport. Sport is at the core of all we do. Sport is becoming an increasingly important element of the lives of more and more people, both on and off the field of competition. It is becoming more important in the lives of more and more people. In every culture and civilization, it is considered basic, and it is important to our general health and well-being.
Our mission statement, "Through sport, we have the power to change lives," guides the way we run our company, work with our partners, create our products, and connect with our consumers. We believe that sport has the ability to transform lives. Sport, we think, has the power to transform people's lives. To this end, we will continue to push the limits of human potential, engage and connect people through sports, and make the world a more sustainable place to live.
Our vision is to be the most well-known and trusted sports brand in the world by 2025.
Athletes will not accept anything less than the best in their respective sports. We, too, do not believe it to be true. We have a simple mission: to become the most recognizable sports brand on the planet. To achieve this objective, we are resolute in our efforts. All of us come to work with the aim of producing and selling the finest sporting products in the world, as well as delivering the best service and customer experience possible - all while operating in an environmentally friendly way, of course. When we are recognized as the respectable, inclusive, and long-term leaders in our area of expertise, we are at our most productive and effective.
Attitude for us, the impossible is nothing to consider. Adidas workers are a group of rebellious optimists that are driven by action and a desire to collaborate in order to build a better future for everyone. The world of sport and culture seems to us as a place of opportunity, while others see only the impossible in these fields. The phrase "Impossible is Nothing" does not serve as a catchphrase in our book. Choosing to remain optimistic and recognizing the power of sport, we are able to envision an endless number of possibilities for putting this knowledge and power to use and inspiring everyone to take action photographs, designs, projects, places, and a way of life in the city.
