Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are free once per order, exclusions apply! Please see below under Exclusions for details.

How to Return

We have a simple five step return method:

  1. Get Return Authorization (RA) by one of two methods below:

    a. Call customer Support @ 1-888-544-5566
    OR
    b. Email [email protected] with “RETURNS” in subject line.

    Please make sure you include your order# and list items with reason for your returns.
    RA with return instructions will be sent to you via email next business day.

  2. Print Authorization
  3. Pack the product
  4. Ship it to one of our warehouses as specified in your instructions.
  5. Get your credit to your credit card or check if you have paid through check.

Policies

  • For any reason if you are not satisfied with your items you may return it to us within 21 days from the receipt of the original order. You can return full or partial order.
  • No restocking fee.

  • Returns are not accepted without Return Authorization (RA)

  • Inspection of returned items can take up to 5 - 10 business days.

  • You will receive your refund after 5-10 business days after we inspect the item returned.

  • If the return label is not used for any reason, you must return the items at your own expense.

  • We issue a free return shipping label. If you need to return multiple orders, please don’t combine. Use the return label issued for that order for the returns & refund.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are not refunded.

Exclusions

  • On Clearance, Closeout & Mill Ship items, Returns or Exchanges are NOT available. All Sales are Final. Items will be marked clearly on product detail page. In case of defective or damaged, we will happily accept returns on these items

  • Altered or washed items are not acceptable.

  • Intimate garments comprising a crotch cannot be returned.

  • Socks may only be returned if the packaging they arrived in has not been broken.

  • For embroidery orders there are no returns and refunds.

  • Customer pays return shipping if returned merchandise cost is euqal or greater than free shipping threshold. For example if free shipping threshold is $149 and John Doe bought $160 worth merchandise and got free shipping. John Doe returns merchandise worth $150. John Doe will be resposible to pay for return shipping.

  • Non-continental United states (Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam, other than lower 48 states)  are not eligible for free returns.

  • Military PO Boxes including APO and FPO are not eligible for free returns.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. We ask customers to place a new order and then return the unwanted items as per the process given below.

Cancellations & Changes

Due to our quick shipping and order processing, we are unable to cancel or change an order once it is placed.
You can however return your product if needed.

Embroidery/Screenprint Cancellations & Changes

Any cancellations after quote and mock-up approvals will incur $50 service fees. This fees is for art work, logo digitizing, S&H to decoration warehouse and re-stocking.

Embroidery/Screenprint Spoilage Policy

Our Spoilage Policy on decorated items is 2% with a maximum replacement credit of $15 per decorated unit.
Return labels for defected decorated goods would be sent out to customer. Once we receive these goods and inspect them, we will issue the refunds as per spoliage refund policy.
